## What we need from you

Please read these essentials before you get in touch.

### Proven cleaning experience

Domestic, holiday-let turnover, or commercial cleaning - we need to see a solid track record, not occasional help.

### Registered to work in Portugal

You must be legally entitled to work in Portugal and hold a valid NIF (tax number).

### Your own transport

Reliable transport to reach properties across the region. Travel expenses are subsidised when you use your own vehicle.

### Professional standards

Punctuality, discretion, care with keys and belongings, and clear communication with our office.

### Checkable references (essential)

At least two recent references who can confirm the quality of your cleaning. We contact them before confirming assignments.

## How to apply

- Your cleaning history: types of properties, how long you have worked in the trade, and areas you cover
- Whether you work alone or with a team, plus typical availability
- Confirmation that you are registered to work in Portugal with a valid NIF
- Reference contact details (name, role, phone or email) - at least two recent clients or employers
- Any relevant insurance, invoicing setup, or languages you speak
